MEITEC is celebrating 26 years in 2021!
Founded in 1995, MEITEC is in its 26th year of providing electrical and instrumentation construction services to a variety of energy markets,
including drilling, pipeline, production, marine, power, and others throughout the world.
MEITEC’s motto is “a construction company with a service company mentality.”
MEITEC prides itself on exceptional responsiveness to employee and customer needs, and this has resulted mutually beneficial long term relationships

Utilizing personal involvement of management, excellent project managers, craftsmen, tools and technology,
MEITEC provides project management and support from project inception to completion, with the flexibility of adapting to specific customer and project needs.

MEITEC Management
MEITEC’s management team has decades of experience in construction, from field work to large projects, both domestic and international, in a myriad of marketplaces.
MEITEC’s executive management, Ross Bubrig and Tom Isbell, have been working together in electrical and instrumentation construction for over 47 years.
They bring extensive knowledge, experience and expertise together to provide an unparalleled level of support to MEITEC’s employees and customers to insure the successful outcome of their projects.
Focusing on employees, customer relationships and project support, Ross and Tom remain intimately involved in all aspects of MEITEC, assuring consistently excellent results for our customers.
Management Team
Ross V. Bubrig
President
Ross serves as MEITEC’s President.
An Electrical Engineer, Ross graduated from LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Ross began his career by working as an electrician’s helper in the field, and since has had hands-on involvement in all levels of construction
including operations management, sales, and on site project coordination and management, both domestic and international.
Ross provides leadership to the MEITEC team and assures the focus on relationships and meeting and exceeding MEITEC’s employees and customers’ needs.
Thomas Isbell
Executive Vice President
Tom serves as MEITEC’s Executive Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer.
Tom graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans and is a Certified Public Accountant.
He began his career in the field and has had hands-on experience with most aspects of construction.
Tom is responsible for all finance and administration.
With an extensive and diverse construction background and strong technology skills, Tom’s focus at MEITEC is to support Ross and provide resources
to support the field effort to service MEITEC‘s customers.
Gary Williams
Vice President of Safety
Gary serves as MEITEC’s Vice President of Safety.
Gary’s construction career started in the field, and has worked in all facets of construction including as an electrician, estimator, salesman,
project manager and various management, technical and safety positions, both domestic and international.
Gary is licensed as a Master Electrician in numerous states, is a Certified Trainer in H2S, SafeGulf/SafeLand, an Operator Qualification (OQ) trainer,
and a proctor and evaluator for Veriforce, OQSG, eWebOQ.
Safety is MEITEC’s primary concern, and Gary proactively manages the MEITEC Safety Program through extensive employee training and job site
awareness to maintain a safe work environment.
Michael Bubrig
Vice President of Projects
Michael serves as MEITEC’s Vice President of Projects.
An Electrical Engineer, Michael graduated from of LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Michael has had extensive field experience, from an apprentice electrician through project management;
he has worked as an electrical engineer and in project management in the public utility environment, and has also been in sales.
He has had hand-on onsite experience in safety management, scheduling, project coordination and project management, for all types of electrical construction projects.
At MEITEC Michael has direct responsibility for all projects.
